It is only 5 more Scottsdale Arizona Houses newsletters until we will be starting the Holiday season with Halloween. ACTIVE SCOTTSDALE HOMES AND SCOTTSDALE REAL ESTATE FOR SALE

There are 4,148 active listings in the Scottsdale MLS. When we breakdown that number, we find that there are 2,695 of the active listings, that are Scottsdale single family detached homes for sale.
When we look at the price range of the active listings, we find that the prices start at $7,795 for a time share at the Scottsdale Sonoran Villas.

The next step up the price range is $28,500 for a Studio Condo of 469 sq-ft, built in 1962. When you purchase Scottsdale real estate like this, you do not get Title to the property, you get a Certificate of Membership, as this is a unit in a Cooperative development.

The next step up the price levels, is a Short Sale listing of a 1 bed, 1 bath Condo with 790 Sq-Ft, built in 1978, with an asking price of $29,900.

The next step up the price levels is $76,000 as the asking price for a 1,904 sq-ft 3bed, 2 bath, single family home, built in 1972, and it is bank owned, and has been on the market for 116 days.

ACTIVE LISTINGS UNDER 100K
There are 335 Active Scottsdale listings that are under 100K. The majority of them are all Condos or Apartment style Scottsdale properties. There are 11 active listings that are under 100K, and are in the category of single family detached.

ACTIVE LISTINGS BETWEEN 100K AND 200K
There are 648 active Scottsdale listings that fall in the price range of just over 100K and topping out at 200K. When we break down the number to see how many are Scottsdale homes, meaning single family detached, we find there are 222 active Scottsdale homes for sale.
